Brilliant. I had a wired system before this and every time I entered the house I had to make a dash for the keypad in order to de-activate the alarm. As the keypad was worn I didn't always enter the code quick enough and consequently the alarm went off and I then frantically tried to re-enter the code. Absolute nightmare. With the fob, it's a dream and so easy.

The product is excellent, making operation of our security alarm extremely easy and safe. More to the point however was the fact that you gave me correct and accurate advice on which of several similar products to order, correcting some wrong information given to me by the original supplier and saving me money and the hassle of having to return an incorrect part. Well done!

Our new ERA remote control keyfob arrived very quickly, and works perfectly with our ERA alarm system. Customer service was excellent, and instructions given over the phone meant that the fob was linked with ease to the alarm in around 30 seconds! I would be more than happy to use Safe.co.uk again and highly recommend them.
