Smartphone App

Integrated alarm and strobe light
When motion is detected, the camera activates a bright light and alarm (up to 100dB) to deter intruders for enhanced protection and security.

Alarm Connectivity
The EZVIZ ezGuard Outdoor Wi-Fi Camera can also be synchronised to work with the EZVIZ Smart Home Alarm Starter Kit via the EZVIZ smartphone app*. Once the camera detects motion, an alert, with a picture, will be sent direct to your smartphone and the alarm hub's built in siren will be triggered.

Recording Resolution
The resolution indicates the size of image that is captured by the camera, the larger the image the clearer the image will appear. Higher resolution cameras are ideal when viewing footage on a large TV screen. Lower resolution cameras are perfect for viewing high definition video on your smartphone or tablet.

Very pleased with my EZVIZ 720p camera. It was purchased as I wanted to try and protect my house and I wanted to have a camera on the garage which is detached and although I have power, I wasn't sure I could get the wifi signal out there. My internet is provided by SKY and although a good signal in the house, it wasn't quite enough to get out to the garage. On initial set up I found that although the camera would find the wifi it wasn't strong enough to stay `locked`. I resolved this by buying a BT internet booster. I found the set up reasonably straightforward, but it might be helpful if there was some other way to test the strength of the wifi signal that the camera needs, otherwise its a bit of trial and error if like me you want it on an external building. Since making this upgrade I have been very pleased with the camera. The images during the day are perfectly good enough over a range of approx 50 feet and the ability to have the camera `chirp` when the motion sensor activates is a neat feature, because if nothing else, it makes the person look up to see what made the noise and where from, so generally strangers look straight at the camera and bingo, a good shot. The pictres at night are not quite so good ad a little experimentation with turning the IR light on and off, but I think this is caused by the external lighting I have on the garage. The night time images are only good over approx 20'. The other good feature is the text alert when the motion sensor is activated. I find it very useful, although if you have lots of trees around you may need to disable this feature when its windy as the waving trees do set it off. I intend to buy two more of these cameras.

Overall very pleased with this good value for money camera, and very pleased with the service I had from Safe.co.uk

The product is really good easy to use and also set up was a breeze. Just make sure you have strong WiFi connection if your using WiFi, if not the ethernet option is handy too which is the option I'm using. The app is also very easy to use have quick access to the features that you can use. The wide angle camera lense is amazing covers most of the area I need to keep an eye on. For the price of the camera you can not complain considering how much it does. I would highly recommend one of these wether it's for home or business use.
