The Citadel 1193e is a good size, it has a solid feel and it fits well with the other office furniture. I'm sorry to report I was disappointed by the quality of the electronic lock, which has a very plastic look and feel. Upon delivery the locking mechanism was very stiff and the delivery team told me it was because the safe was new. This turned out to be misleading, and we needed a locksmith to attend to fix it. The staff at Safe Shop handled the complaint really well, and although it now works fine, I don't think I'd buy another in a hurry.
