Easy to set up, have locked myself out a couple of times but no problem as have keys to reopen it, just remember that you don't have to re-nter your code when closing it again.

I am very pleased with the safe, its very easy to use and the quality for the price is exceptional, i especially like the keycode entry and the fact that you can still open it with the key provided should you forget the code.You also have the option to change the keycode should you choose to do so. Again the build quality was very surprising for the money i paid, i would of gladly paid more, very good quality and very robust.All in all this safe is a great all rounder and i would definately re commend it for the money and i am looking forward to buying a bigger one in the near future .Great little safe.

I was unable to install it immediately due to building works, but when I did try to set it up, I found that it was faulty and would not lock. Neither using the key, nor the electronics would make it lock.

The manufacturers replaced it, and said that the problem was probably a faulty solenoid. If the instructions had covered more on "what to do if it goes wrong", I would not have wasted so much time trying to fix it or researching what the problem could be. Replacement safe arrived fairly quickly, although not the following day as expected.
