Could this Box be used for an A4 size sheet?

An A4 sheet would need to be folded to fit through the deposit slot. We do offer deposit safes such as the Phoenix Vela Deposit SS0802ed that have internal dimensions that will accept A4.

Does the top draw open fully and anything that is put inside drops through to the main safe, or is it contained inside the top draw?

Items placed in the top drawer will drop into the safe below when the drawer is closed.

Is this product waterproof so can be installed outside?

These units are designed for internal use only. For a secure outdoor deposit facility you could consider the High Security Post Box (medium).
