The operation of opening and closing the safe Electronically is not good very often we have to resort to using the master key which is not the point of having this safe.

When entering the code plus# the mechanism does not always click to open it seems that the opening/closing knob needs to be in a certain central position.

I have been on the point of sending the unit back, but it is now secured to the wall very firmly.

Now we keep the master key somewhere near to the safe which again is not the point

Generally, satisfactory although surprisingly a little lightweight tin box construction. Clunky dial functionality feels poor quality.

Should have got a bigger one as the internal dimensions are considerably less than the outside ones and it amazing what you suddenly need to put in it!

Useful light feature especially when the safe is located in a concealed spot.

Useful to have standby by keys but now have to find safe place for them!

Mine is securely bolted to wall so fair confidence of it staying there if attacked by opportunist thief but a determined effort over a longer time could remove it.
