Good product - good size, feels secure.

Only slight niggle is having keyed in the number if you hesitate, or slightly turn turning the twist know it locks up and you have to key the code again. Need to be fast at full twisting.

I've been searching for a home safe for a while untill I stumbled over this website, and I must say that I've had a lot to choose from. They give you options I didn't know about from searching on Amazon or Ebay. It was very easy and intuitive to navigate the website untill I found the right product for me. I wanted a safe that can fit two laptop, a Dslr and some lenses. It has a shelf in the middle that separates them all and if I were to remove that shelf I can fit about 4 laptops easily. Installing was fairly easy and liked that it has 8 fitting holes to choose from, 4 on the bottom and for in the back. The keypad is straight forward and easy to setup, batteries lasted for a few months already and still going strong, I'm really glad that I've bought a safe with a light fitted in the door as it's quite dark where I've mounted it and don't have to carry a flashlight with me every time. Keys are audible but not annoyingly loud, it does have and alarm if you get the code wrong three times in a row, and you can definitely hear that one. Overall satisfied with my purchase and my experience overall from the website which is very well put together for the first time buyer like me. Thanks!

We found it very hard to install. It arrived scratched & had a small dent. It does the job we want it for .

The safe is just what I wanted. Just big enough and give me the peace of mind to know my valuable things are safe when I go away. The safe was well installed by the recommended engineer. He was very quick and effective and did a very good job of the installation. It is amazing how big the starage capacity is. I am sure it will just make it more difficult for an intruder to quickly take my most valuable things like laptops and external hard drives. Now I also know where my important items are.

Well designed product and all aspects if security covered for peace of mind. Also has nice touches like a light on the inside which is handy when you put the safe in a dark place like I did.

Really liked the backup security key as well as a failsafe so there is always a way into the safe. The wall mounts are ideal as well as any robber would need a kango to be able to get it off the wall. All in all very pleased with the safe and all aspects of it. Really liked the blue backlight as well.

The instruction manual was not very good, meaning I had to phone your head office for assistance. Please consider adding photographs and more clearly explaining where the hidden buttons are.

I chose this safe because of its size, I wanted to keep a laptop in it when I went away. It works perectly for that. I can also get lots more paperwork inside. The internal light is appreciated.I have had it fitted in an under worktop unit so it is below eye level. This does cause a slight problem as the buttons tend to cover the button indentitification numbers below. But I have quickly learnt where they are and open it from memory. It would be better to fit it higher. The security bolts supplied are substantial sleeve bolts and up to the job. No one has broken into it yet, it's been 2 months now so it can only be reported as secure! A good value safe.
