Having inserted batteries in the keypad, press the 'C' button, enter the factory code 1,2,3,4,5,6 and then the # button to confirm and unlock. Follow the Phoenix Titan electronic safe user guide for further instructions.

The safe has a Master Reset facility in case the code has been forgotten. In the event of the battery power failing not only will the safe alert you when on low battery power, the batteries can be changed externally at any time.

To obtain the master code for this safe you would need to contact our Customer Service team on the number at the top of this page. You will need the safe serial number and your proof of purchase.

This safe does not require a back-up key because the batteries are located on the outside of the door, within the keypad housing.
