I ordered a mail box on line and it was speedily posted and received.

Unfortunately upon opening ,it was silver,not white as I ordered.

I spoke to your customer services department,who apologized and promised to send a replacement in the correct color.

This was delivered with a couple of days.

Excellent service from your young lady on the telephone,who was both efficient,and polite.

I searched many suppliers for this type of product and settled on this steel post box. Not only did it compare favorably on price but it looked to be exactly what we needed. When it came I was certainly not disappointed. The size was perfect (not to big as to look unsightly) but large enough to cope with an ample amount of post and correspondence. It is robust, well moulded and manufactured to a very high standard. We also had the option of using this internally for confidential documents and also externally. Indeed we are likely to purchase another one so we have both options. As we wanted this product to be inside the main entrance we did not want anything that looked unsightly. This product is sleek, white and aesthetically pleasing for any location and environment. Would certainly recommend - looks good, does the job and great price.
