The delivery was perfect, the safe was a little difficult to fix as we have hollow walls so it had to be fixed to the floor. The only downside to the safe product was the box it came in, it displayed that it contained a safe, even the delivery driver commented on this. So please could the outer box be more discreet.

Absolutely brilliant design. Strong and quite heavy so substantial when it comes to security. Arrived promptly which we had to sign for so no chance of it getting lost in transit. Delivery was very fast too. Solidly constructed in heavy gauge metal with a brilliant easy to use push button code selection which beeps with each press. We kept opening and closing the safe as a game to start with. Ours is safely anchored in the base and at the rear with hidden bolts which can only be accessed once the safe door is open so very secure. We love our safe and would definitely recommend it.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT AND I CAN RECOMMEND THIS SAFE

We were looking for a solid simple to use digital safe with good build quality. I think that we found exactly what we were looking for here.

The only problem is the hold down bolts ,when you take them apart to insert in the hole you find that the head of the nut goes out of line

The build quality of this product is good and it's easy to use once you've set it up. Unfortunately one of the keys had been damaged in packing (the packaging was undamaged so it suggests that the damage occured prior to despatch) luckily the second was usable. The fixing bolts, supplied with the safe, were in my opinion, much too short and insubstantial. Having used them (I am experienced in this kind of work) I found that I was easily able to wrench the safe from the wall using just my hands and body weight.

Having said all this, once the safe was fixed securely, using a more secure method than the ones supplied, we have found it to be ideal for our purpose.

Pros: Nice compact size, looks good Cons: The cover over the key hole is very lose and flimsy.

Pros: Easy to install, straightforward instructions for use. Back-up keys and emergency power box if you get caught out with low batteries or have an opening problem. Cons: Colour is blue, would have preferred cream but that is a minor issue

Pros: Looks good and will do the job it is ment for well. Cons: Paint was not done very well. Door and body stuck together. Instructions are difficult to understand. Cannot enter time into safe.

It just suits my requirementsas stated in the ratings
