Very nice product in principle, but for some reason I can nearly always gain entrance via the biometrics but my husband almost never can despite trying many times to get a good 'read' on setup. Not sure why this must be, I think the pad is quite sensitive to angles and works better for those who are more consistent with their placing.

Pros: This is a really easy safe to use with very clear instructions. Easy to set up and has great storage capacity for anything you could ever need to store inside it. Cons: the build quality is ok and for the money you pay its more than adequate, could still be better though

This safe was perfect for my use of keeping cash, jewellery & important documentation safe & in one place, it came with everything included (batteries & securing fixings).

The fingerprint recognition system (maximum of 20) was easy to set up although I would recommend setting several fingers per person as it doesn’t always recognise you 1st time.

There is a convenient 4 to 8 digit user code but also comes with 2 over ride keys just in case of flat battery, not reading finger print or forgotten code but remember where you keep them.

I did shut the door a little hard once which caused the batteries to dislodge so the only access was using the key.

Ease of use
