How many biometric finger prints can this unit store at any one time?

The safe is capable of holding up to 20 fingerprints in total.

I was just wondering if the shelf in this safe is adjustable or can it be taken out?

The shelf on this safe is not adjustable, it is held in place by a bracket that is fixed in one position. The shelf can be removed fully from the safe but the bracket would be still visible and remain inside the unit.

Hi, what happens once you reach 20 fingerprint registrations? Can you delete old ones out? I may use this for a small shop so with changing staff I may need to delete users from the memory if they leave.

Unfortunately you can only delete all of the finger prints stored not individual ones. However re-programming the unit is quick and easy. The safe is capable of storing 20 fingerprints in total.

Can the 50FPN be mounted to the wall off the floor? Or does it have to stand on the floor?

This unit can be installed to a floor or wall. If installing to a wall, though this does not necessarily need to be stood on the floor, it will require a plinth or shelf to support the unit and distribute the weight sufficiently.

I have used the safe and all was fine but then the batteries ran out and i changed them a few days later, however after putting brand new batteries in the rd light still indicates that it is low on battery and when i go to use the fingerprint scanner or code to open the safe it does not work.

Most common faults that indicate red lights on safe's are mainly battery related we always recommend using new alkaline battery's. An alternative method is to re-program the safe again by following the instruction's included as the safe can reset itself if the battery's are not changed in a certain period of time. Can you bolt this safe to the floor? Or does it have to be bolted to the wall?

I have a keyboard that I need to fit in this safe. The keyboard is 43.8 cm x 14 cm x 3.2 cm. My question is, will it fit through the door? I understand that the safe would be big enough to have it inside but I don't know if it would fit though the door.

The door opening dimensions for this safe are 44 cm x 23.8 cm (HxW). You should be able to fit your keyboard through the door on this safe.
