Pros: seemed to be a good solid build Cons: it wasn't obvious that you had to enter a letter as well as the PIN to unlock the safe, without first reading the manual.

Batteries have now been replaced on the key cabinet but it lock defaults to a orange LED and beeps. Please help
chris ward, scarborough
The orange LED will usually flash for two reasons, the first when the batteries are running low, the second is when an incorrect code is entered consecutively 3 times, forcing the cabinet to lock down for a 5 minute period.

Once in this state if an entry is made on the keypad the LED will flash orange and the unit will beep. If further incorrect entries are made the lock down period is extended by 5 minutes per entry. If you leave the unit for 30 minutes (approx) to allow the lock down status to time out you should then be able to open the cabinet with the correct code.

If the problem persists please call on 0800 432 0722 quoting your name and order number.
