With regard to the review you have read it certainly sounds like the safe was faulty and if this was the case it will have been replaced under warranty. I suspect the customer's review was the first time we had been made aware of the problem. As the review is a true reflection of the customer's experience it is only right that it remains published.
Standard procedure for a product that is found to be faulty during it's warranty period is to have it collected and replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.
