With regard to the review you have read it certainly sounds like the safe was faulty and if this was the case it will have been replaced under warranty. I suspect the customer's review was the first time we had been made aware of the problem. As the review is a true reflection of the customer's experience it is only right that it remains published.

Standard procedure for a product that is found to be faulty during it's warranty period is to have it collected and replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.

Unfortunately there is no option for left hand opening on this safe. It only comes with the traditional right hand opening.

The battery is located in the keypad on the outside of the safe and can be replaced when flat. The code will be retained.

Though installation could be attempted to this surface, I would advise against this, as there may be a high risk of the floor surface cracking when drilling through. If the base beneath is concrete it may be prudent to remove a section of porcelain surface to allow installation directly into the concrete.

The shelves on this safe can be adjusted or completely removed if required.
