Package arrived very quick from order and delivery driver was very well mannered. Very well packaged and easy to set up and install. Bought two additional cameras to add to my Swann 4 HD camera set up. Adding the cameras is easy and the system picks them up straight away. Once installed and set to monitor the correct location, there is not much else to do as the standard set up just works. Only draw back I have found and this will apply to any camera, is that if there is a lot of hedges or low trees or glazing, you will get constant faulse alarms. I have switched off the movement censor in the settings to two of my cameras but left the Heat detector on and that has solved the problem. Once the cameras are up they are very compact and not easily seen, so it is good that you get a lot of Warning stickers to put on your windows etc. Also good is that you can set up email notification and send all your recordings to your cloud. App for iPhone works very well and send very clear videos and pictures. Definitely buy again. I have set up my email notification to send to me and two local friends, that way if I am out someone is there to check the house.

Dose not do what it says in add, when you zoom in on car reg the picture gets distorted the hole picture

This make was recommended to me by a friend.I found them very easy to install. They are made of a solid construction. The casing is metal where as some cameras are only plastic. The only down side is that they only come in white. They are good value for money. There has been the odd occasion when the infra red has not been working. It was easily sorted by unplugging from the DVR and waiting for a few seconds then plugging back in and the reboot fixed the problem. The 5mp camera gives a pretty good image. I would definitely recommend these cameras.

Where do I start. They are useless and a total waste of money. I purchased mine in April 2019 and less than 2 months later one of the cameras has packed up. Gone into black and white mode with no night vision at all. I've made sure it wasn't the DVR by plugging it into other channels and trying my neighbours identical model DVR. The cameras DO NOT! always pick up human movement even 6 feet away from cameras. The sensitivity has to be turned to highest position. When DVR reboots on weekly basis All the cameras lose their settings. The cameras are flimsy plastic and the bolt that pivots the cameras position is far too short and releases itself. In a nutshell... a total waste of money AND false advertising from Swann. Purchase at your own risk.

Brilliant, easy to install, excellent picture quality the camera is well made not flimsy in its construction all connections are also of high quality.

The camera was ok they have changed from cast metal to plastic but does the job easy to install the wiring connections are a bit large so you have to drill oversized holes just to get the connections through but again ok

brilliant great vision in day, night vision is very good too, however to get super night vision you have to pay super money this does the job and installation is a simple as connecting the correct ends to the correct fittings I have four of these cameras and cant fault them for what we paid.

Registration numbers of vehicles as they are passing the house are really difficult to read however again this is not the fault of the camera. The replay and recording is as good as I could wish for very happy with my choice thank you

I ordered the Swann Outdoor 5 megapixel true Detect CCTV camera (twin pack)

After receiving the product which was order, in a very speedy time. I managed to get it fitted my an Electrician, whom did a very good job fitting it, but unfortunately I should have purchased the pack of 4 CCTV.

I then had to purchase another 2 CCTV cameras separately

The cameras are very good, I had to call up the Customer services who are base in the Phillipines but are very good, they talk me through the set up and how i can send images to my phone and email address etc. They are very thorough.

I am very please with the product and would recommend this to anyone.
