Purchased the Swann cctv kit with 6 cameras last month. Even though it was installed professionally, it took very little time to fix. The quality of recording is excellent. Had to speak with Swann tech support team as initially was not able see the pictures on the monitor and their tech team solved the problems by replacing the power supply adapter.
It’s an excellent product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for average price cctv system. Customer service team at safe.co.uk were excellent and they gave very good and positive support from initial telephone call when I was making initial enquire to placing the order. Well done. 5 star 🌟

Looks great. Easy to install, easy to use and great technical support from Swann with a query i had regarding the hard disk.
It was the first time I had ever used or installed a product like this, but the install was so easy to do, like setting up a tv. I woyod reccomend this product, it was excellent value for money and looks great in my shop. Has the capaicty for 8 cameras, i am currently using it for 6 only but pretty sure I will he adding two more very soon. Easy to use playback and the app for my phone is so helpful

Good system but true detect still gives quite a few false activations, especially in the rain,I had a faulty camera and you can only exchange through Swann and not Safe, and you have to pay the postage to return the faulty item, and then wait 2 weeks for a replacement.
A decent system but not the best when you have a problem.

Is there any difference ( apart from size ) in the bullet or Dome cameras, is one design better than the other ?

The dome cameras are classed as anti vandal as there is no movable parts, however the Bullet cameras have a wider viewing angle of 102 degrees, compared to the 85 degrees of the dome Camera.Tom WWas this helpful?6
