Have bought two systems so far and looking to buy more in the future. Excellent quality equipment and easy to set up and use. The new app is easy to use and now auto update the IP address giving constant connection.

Purchased this system to replace our old system which had failed and we wanted to ensure that our property was adequately protected. Ordering was easy and being able to specify the delivery day was a nice feature as it meant that someone was at home for the delivery person. The cameras were easy to install and connect up and with some rearrangement at home, the DVR is now located in an easy to access place rather than in the attic! Connetion to the app and through the HDMI to our smart TV means that I am able to see who is at the door and if the house is secure. I would highly recommend these cameras as the resolution is great, day or night and I now feel secure in the knowledge that my house is protected by working cameras.

Quality iswhat you would expect from swann. easy to install & camera picture quality very good. Angle of coverage excellent which minimises the number of cameras needed to cover a large space.

This is an excllent product and exceptional value for money.

It was relatively simple to fi, but as a technically challanged pensioner I found the operating instructions very confusing. I still have yet to connect it to my computer, and theckincal support is not readily available.

Other than that, it's fine, and if you are internet and computer savvy you will have no problems with it.

Would I buy it again - yes - without doubt.

I was firstly impressed with the information that was given to enable me to decide to buy the Kit I did. Once having placed the order the speed of receiving the equipment was impressive. Also the delivery information was very explicit on ensuring the content of the package conformed with the order I had placed. It also stated that it was important to check the equipment thoroughly before commencing installation and gave easy to follow instructions on how to test the cameras before starting installation to ensure they were all working. The fitting instructions were very easy to follow. It was stressed to ensure that if undertaking self installation it was essential that the correct tools were available. All in all I am totally impressed and satisfied with my purchase and my dealings with "SAFE".
