Completely satisfied with it and also the advice given on phone, in about 20 seconds one of your helpful staff answered a question that Swann had no idea about and it makes me believe it is just a Computer answering.

I had a DVR 84550 system and I wanted to know if a, could I add new cameras with lights, working or not just for better resolution, or could i purchase new DVR 4680 and use existing hidden BNC Cables to save hours of work routing New ones. I got a stupid answer as in "we always recommend using the Cables with new DVR", which I am certain was a computer generated reply.

Thanks to your guy giving me the answer straight away, I decided to order system from Safe uk. Before I uninstalled the old system, I tried one of the new Cameras and it worked fine much better resolution, obviously the lights did not work.

I have since ordered 2 more Camera's and now have an amazing system up and running for around £500, the advantage with the new system is that it records in Colour at night when triggered.
