2 If a camera is set to motion detect recording, can I still view it via the app at other times?

The cameras can be adjusted to which viewing angle you require. The cameras can be live viewed at any time even if set to motion record.

This system can't be viewed over a laptop at the moment. However it can be viewed via a monitor or TV using the HDMI/VGA cable as opposed to using the app.
