Details
The Swann DVR8-4750 8 Channel 3 Megapixel - 4 Camera CCTV Kit with multi channel playback includes four weather resistant cameras rated to IP66 with enhanced infrared LED night vision providing a range of up to 30m. The system also includes a 2TB hard drive and has eight channels allowing for an additional four cameras to be added if required.

The PRO-T858 cameras can be set to record continuously, at a set time or only when motion is detected, making it much easier to view important footage, whilst saving on hard disk space. The Swann DVR8-4750 provides crystal clear high quality 3 megapixel resolution recording and playback via your TV, SmartPhone or Tablet using the SwannView Link App* (available for iOS and Android).

Hybrid DVR1 x Hybrid DVR with 2TB Hard Drive
The Hybrid DVR will simultaneously monitor and record up to 2TB of footage from multiple cameras ready for viewing at any time when connected to your TV via HDMI cable (included). Unlike a standard DVR a Hybrid DVR will accept both standard analogue cameras and IP network cameras, making it incredibly flexible compared to other systems.

Enhanced infrared LED bullet cameras with night vision range of up to 30 metres and high quality recording resolution of 3 megapixel. They can be manually tilted and have a 64 degree viewing angle. The cameras are IP66 rated ensuring weather resistance making them suitable for use indoors or outdoors.

BNC 15m Camera Cables4 x BNC 18m Camera Cables
Each BNC cable is 18 metres in length and is used to connect the Swann CCTV cameras to the Hybrid DVR and includes an analogue BNC coupler.

Remote Viewing by SmartPhone
In addition to viewing from your TV it is easy to view recorded and real time images from your SmartPhone or Tablet using the SwannView Link App* (available for iOS and Android) providing your DVR is connected to your internet router using an Ethernet cable (included).

How many Channels
The number of channels indicates how many cameras can be added to your system. An eight channel system will allow up to eight cameras.

Single or Multi Channel Playback
Single Channel playback allows you to view only one camera feed at a time regardless of the number of cameras. Multi Channel playback allows you to view multiple camera feeds via the same screen at the same time.

Recording Resolution
The resolution indicates the size of image that is captured by the camera, the larger the image the clearer the image will appear. Higher resolution cameras are ideal when viewing footage on a large TV screen. Lower resolution cameras are perfect for viewing high definition video on your smartphone or tablet.

Video Backup
Using a USB memory stick or external hard drive you can backup recorded footage from the Hybrid DVR and transfer to other devices or pass onto others should the need arise.

* Requirements: For remote viewing via SmartPhone this CCTV system requires a broadband internet connection with a router that includes one free wired network port. SmartPhone must be iOS 6.0 and above or Android 4.0 and above.

If using motion detection we generally advise setting the most commonly used camera to 4 hours. We have set all other cameras to 2 hours as an estimate, but you can change this below to suit your needs.

Do the cameras require a power supply near to installation location?

The cameras do not need to be located near a power supply as they receive their power from the DVR. The cameras connect directly to the DVR via the 18m BNC cables.

How many meters can I put the cameras from the DVR would 60-70 meters be fine?

I would always recommend a maximum distance of no more than 60 metres and with a single BNC cable Swann 60m CCTV BNC Camera Cable, as using different lengths can effect the resolution and quality of the picture.
