In adding to our Swann CCTV cameras, we chose the HD 1080p Wi-Fi cameras, not because they are WiFi but because they are hard wired to the internet (ethernet cabling). The two new ones bought from Safe are now performing well, and we are happy with our purchase. However, ease of set up is terrible. I had to phone Swann after a day of trying to get the Swanns to pair. It transpired that the broadband password that came with our Vodafone router was too long. So, in the end, I had to devise a way of resetting the password on the router. Even then, it was a nightmare getting the Swann cameras to pair. Why they have to pair, when we are using ethernet cables, I have no idea. So, if you love a challenge to set them up, by Swann CCTV cameras. Once set up, though, they work a treat.
