Ordering the letter box was straight forward and it arrived as expected. It was easy to attach to the side of the house wall and we are very pleased with its sleek, elegant look. It certainly raises the standard of the outside of the house! The keys are easy to use and it has proved to be waterproof. We do just have one little niggle. We bought it for its ability to take the larger envelopes, but actually fitting A4 envelopes in it is something of a tight squeeze and we rather wish we had got a bigger letter box.

A template to assist installation would be useful, especially if you are trying to install single-handed. My biggest issue with the product however is that the mail flap is so light that it is constantly banging up nd down in even a fairly light breeze. To overcome this I found it necessary to bond a fairly weighty piece of MDF to the back of the flap - even this however did not completely solve the problem so I inserted a strip of self adhesive draft strip between the top of the flap and the body of the box; this solved the problem but means that the flap is very slightly ajar - no sign of rain getting in however.
