I am very pleased with the product, particularly as it fitted millimetre perfect into the door where the previous lock was slotted. Before purchase I checked with a number of other suppliers of this lock but in no case did the locks offered match the exact dimensions required. My house was built in the twenties and I have lived in it for over 40 years. I can only assume that the old lock which failed was the original. You cannot be disappointed that a lock which has given 90 years service has failed, but you can be very happy indeed that there is a supplier that can supply a lock which is an exact replica of the original. Becaus its dimensions were absolutely exact it was a tight fit but a light and gentle tap with a wooden mallet positioned it perfectly Thank you very much for the 1st class product supplied

The lock did everything it should have, was easy to order, installation was not a problem and the lock works perfectly
