The Web site is great and found it easy to navigate. Plenty of choice and one of the few places that had in stock flat pattern latches which I needed to replace for a customer in a residential home. They are well built easy to reverse and fit. I ordered 4 but realised one I needed was a different size. Very easy to return and order exchange item.
