Because of the loss of keys for my front door, it became necessary to change the existing Chub lock. I searched all local ironmongers for a 5 lever lock of similar proportions, to no avail. I then did a search on the net ,and I found to my delight, the Union lock which was suitable in every dimension to fit my door , avoiding major alteration to the door cavity. It was a rare experience to find, that over a long period of time, the dimensions had not been changed, in order to create obsolescence.

As always Chubb locks or the best for Security and do not give any trouble even after a long period of time. We have Chubb which have been on for 20 years.

This was bought as a direct replacement for a lock which was previously fitted approximately 8 years ago. If this lock lasts the same as the one we have replaced we will be very happy.

Folks, Don’t search all over the web... the products from safe are superb. I spent a long time searching the internet and finally concluded that the value, quality and ease of fitting was perfect from safe. Exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.
