The auto deadlocking feature would stop anyone from opening the door externally for example with a credit card as the latch bolt would be secured in place. This is a great feature for convenience however I would always use the keys to securely deadbolt overnight.

The internal knob can only be locked by the key on the inside. You must use the key to lock the knob from the inside, then leave the property closing the door behind you.

This Nightlatch can be locked from the inside using the key. However, the lock can always be opened with the key from the outside.

The lock is recommended for any door thickness between 35mm-57mm.

The Yale Keyless locks work with any night latch with a backset of 60. The Union 1098 and Union 4L67E are your best options with the 85mm restriction.

Providing the lock and your door release can be linked together then this lock could be integrated into your current system.
