The lock arrived very much when it was expected. The product was packaged very well. I do wonder how many different keys are available as they do look quite simple, hence my slightly reduced rating for security. The lock seems to operate very smoothly. The product is of a solid build. My husband fitted the lock and managed to do it fairly quickly. This was the third lock of this type purchased so fitting time has become much quicker each time. The price of this item was very competitive, but as it still complies with the insurance requirements, it seems unnecessary to pay more.
