I bought it to replace a similar broken unit. The new item is pretty good in my opinion. It was the only one I could find and the item arrived quickly. The only comment I have is that the the small plastic spatula, supplied by Yale, to help locate the strip of metal from the cylinder lock to connect with the latch was not very useful at al. It is far too thin and thus too flexible to be of much use. I used a piece of thin wire looped, to hold the small amount of the protruding connecting strip to manouvere the strip into the back of the latch.

Considering this was ordered during early lockdown I was very pleased with my order. When I had to call everything was dealt with promptly and the goods arrived when expected.

I have to use these types of locks / night latches and it is getting increasingly difficult to find them. Fortunately SAFE have them. The actual locks can be very tricky to fit unless you are nimble fingered.
