Do I need this to connect my SR-320 and Yale Smart Home HD 1080p - 2 Camera CCTV Kit? Is this a must? Also planning on a Yale Wi-Fi camera, will that need this dongle to connect to SR-320?

This adaptor would be needed to link the Alarm and CCTV for use on the same smartphone App. The Wifi camera links to the CCTV DVR unit directly.

Can you tell me if this adaptor links the Smart HD1080 4 camera CCTV kit with the Smart Home Alarm Kit SR-330. As on the Yale site it says to suit the EF-Series Alarms , are these different to the Smart alarm? Don't want to buy the CCTV kit if it cant link with the smart SR series alarm. Please let me know.

The Yale CCTV Alarm Link USB Adaptor is also suitable for the Yale Smart Home Alarms. The only difference between both the EF and SR is that the SR range is the newer design of the two.

Does this need the Yale CCTV DVR? Or can it record to other drives?

The Yale USB Adaptor is designed for sole use with Yale Easy Fit CCTV kits. It allows the Yale Smart Home Alarms to connect to the DVR so that you can control both via the smartphone App.
