Once fitted,do the cameras turn so I can see other parts of my garden?

The cameras can be angled into any position when fitting but cannot be moved remotely.

Can the system work without connection to wifi?

The system does not need the internet to operate. It is needed for the smart features.

What is the ethernet cable for? is it purely connection to a router allowing full phone functionality? I assume the DVR records independently?

Can this DVR be purchased in its own, I have previous generation cameras already. Assuming they are compatible.

We only supply the DVRs as part of a full CCTV kit, we cannot supply them on their own.

I've read some reviews that you have to set it up on a vga monitor because set up doesn't work on hdmi.

Connection to a monitor is done via the VGA port. It is also possible to connect to a tv via a HDMI cable which is included.

Can camera footage be viewed on an Apple Mac

This system footage can only be viewed via connection to a TV, Monitor or via the app on a smartphone or tablet.

Can more than one person have access to the same account on separate devices. i.e. Husbands and wife's phones.

You can have access to the account on multiple devices. Each device would need access to the account details to sign in through the app.
