Having gone through the need to replace the sashcase many years ago and the difficulty in getting a replacement I anticipated that I would have the same or worse experience this time. However, an internet search by my son on the internet found the required product and all I needed to do was order it online. The sashcase was easy to fit and is working perfectly. I would certainly recommend Safe to family and friends.

Struggled to find a sashcase with shallow width dimentions for a new bespoke door and frame for a a roof terrace project. This one fits very well and seams to be very good quality as reflects the brand. More expensive than most other brands such as Zoo but nobody seamed to sell one that fits these dimentions. Very happy with the lock. Thanks again.
