The safe has a one year warranty during which time, in the event of any problems you would contact us and we would get this resolved for you.
Once your warranty period has expired and you had a problem then you would contact Yale's Customer Support line, who will try to identify the problem and resolve the issue over the phone where possible.
If this is not possible and the safe is deemed faulty and beyond repair you would need a locksmith to gain entry so that you can remove your possessions.
