The Yale Keyless Connected Smart Lock is only compatible with a 60mm night latch. You may prefer to look at Yale PBS1 - Auto Deadlocking Night Latch (60mm)

The locks are sold as a set pack and the individual components can not be ordered separately. The only way to achieve the desired combination would be to order the lock in both Polished Chrome and Polished Brass finishes and use the parts required.

Once the snib has been pressed to lock from the inside of the door it can only be re-opened from the inside.

The Handle and snib can not be permanently disabled on this model.

This lock is designed for solid timber doors as some of the door material is removed to a allow the lock to be fitted flush. You could consider the Yale 77 - Standard Night Latch (60mm) as this is screwed/mounted to the surface of the door. If however your UPVC door has a multipoint locking system this type of lock will not be suitable.

The Yale PBS2 has a Auto-Deadlocking function. The key does not deadlock the unit.
