Can these Yale locks be ordered as Keyed alike?

Unfortunately these locks cannot be keyed alike. We do however off the Asec Kite Elite - Euro Double Cylinder 40 - 35 (75mm) which can be keyed alike.

How do you order this with additional keys?

When this cylinder is locked with the thumbturn, can it be unlocked with a key from outside?
