I bought this Item some time ago and has it installed myself and also added a different brand of camera which looked the same as the original two for just about £5 each and it works the same.

Going back to the Item it was interesting trying to install all the cameras around my house and getting the wires into the house to the Hub and also using the Ethernet cable to connect to the web. That was the hard bit.

The system works fine as it should do however I found the viewing angle to be too small and doesn’t cover enough ground space. In the night time you can see the ground but it’s not that clear as you won’t be able to identify people’s faces from a distance. I think most CCTVs are like this. Daytime it is very clear.

The App was tricky as it didn’t work the first time but managed to get it to work.

It took a full day to install this system for the first time.

Down side: Not enough viewing angel to cover big area around my house, and the Night vision isn’t as clear.

Upside: It works and value for money without having to spend over £150. It is a deterrent and that’s about it.

After researching various different manufacturers and then the different options for the camera features and functions, I settled on this one. It came quickly and the instructions were really easy to follow. The added bonus of this system is the compatibility with the Yale app and home security control. The ability to remotely access the camera and alarm system via the app is one of the best features. The DVR itself is easy to navigate and the menus are intuitive. The cameras are mounted easily and the length of the cables is really good. The option of sound on the cameras would have been a good addition. The night vision is really good and I would say exceeds 20m.

Buying this product has made me feel incredibly safe and secure.

The system was very easy to set up and is easily viewed on my main tv.

The safe staff were incredibly helpful on the phone to help with any questions I had.

The system was excellent value for money and looks a treat.

This is fantastic piece of kit that's full of features for anyone who is at a confident level with their own IT. This isn't a simple plug and play like Swann CCTV systems. But once you set this up working via the app for remote viewing. The quality is far superior than Swann. Nice simple and small design DVR. Solid build cameras that look and feel professional. Simple to install on to external walls and plenty of length cable for many installation options. Capacity to upgrade to 4 cameras is great and will more than likely be taken advantage of as you always need more angles if cover.

The camera kit was at a bargain price cheaper than I could find it elsewhere online.

This kit Does the job and is very easy to use however I haven’t managed to connect to my phone to view live video when out, hopefully my friend can help with this.

The cables for the cameras are plenty long enough to reach the front of the house from my living room on the back, got some wire clips to keep things neat on the external wall.

The recorder box is simple to use making for easy playback.

Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend!
