1 x Hybrid DVR with 1TB Hard Drive
The Hybrid DVR will simultaneously monitor and record up to 1TB of footage from multiple cameras ready for viewing at any time when connected to your TV via HDMI cable (included). Unlike a standard DVR a Hybrid DVR will accept both standard analogue cameras and IP network cameras, making it incredibly flexible compared to other systems.
4 x Motion Detection Bullet Cameras
Enhanced infrared LED bullet cameras with night vision range of up to 30 metres and high quality recording resolution of HD 720p. They can be manually tilted and have a wide 60 degree viewing angle. The cameras are IP55 rated ensuring weather resistance making them suitable for use indoors or outdoors.
4 x BNC 15m Camera Cables
Each BNC cable is 15 metres in length and is used to connect the Yale analogue CCTV cameras to the Hybrid DVR and includes an analogue BNC coupler.

Remote Viewing by SmartPhone
In addition to viewing from your TV it is easy to view recorded and real time images from your SmartPhone or Tablet using the Yale CCTV App* (available for iOS and Android) providing your DVR is connected to your internet router using an Ethernet cable (included).
Yale Smart Security
Control your security using a single app. When used with the optional Yale Easy Fit Alarm Link USB Adaptor you can control the Yale Keyfree Connected or Yale Keyless Connected door locks and any of the Yale Easy Fit Alarms using the Yale CCTV App.
How many Channels
The number of channels indicates how many cameras can be added to your system. A four channel system will allow up to four cameras.
Single or Multi Channel Playback
Single Channel playback allows you to view only one camera feed at a time regardless of the number of cameras. Multi Channel playback allows you to view multiple camera feeds via the same screen at the same time.
Recording Resolution
The resolution indicates the size of image that is captured by the camera, the larger the image the clearer the image will appear. Higher resolution cameras are ideal when viewing footage on a large TV screen. Lower resolution cameras are perfect for viewing high definition video on your smartphone or tablet.
Video Backup
Using a USB memory stick or external hard drive you can backup recorded footage from the Hybrid DVR and transfer to other devices or pass onto others should the need arise.

Use our Recording Time Calculator to determine how many days storage you can expect from this 4 camera, 1TB hard drive, HD 720p CCTV system. If using motion detection we generally advise setting the most commonly used camera to 4 hours. We have set all other cameras to 2 hours as an estimate, but you can change this below to suit your needs.

I bought the Yale CCTV system to compliment the Yale wireless alarm system I had already installed, I found the Yale CCTV system very easy to install, it was virtually plug and play, instructions for the installation are very good and the DVR is easy to program, the only problem I had was setting up the link to my mobile phone, but after setting up a fixed IP address on my router, I achieved the remote viewing on my phone which while nice to have it was not the main reason why I bought the Yale CCTV system, I thought the Yale CCTV system very good vale for money

Easy to order and the pack arrived promptly on the day stipulated .
Contacted promptly by the appointed installation expert and we easily arranged a mutually satisfactory date for installation.
The installer arrived on time on the appointed day and we discussed with his expert guidance the optimum positions for placement of the 4 cameras.
The installation procedure took most of the day , involving a good deal of ladder work to install the cameras in their previously agreed positions . The installer cleared up fully after
installation .
He then comprehensively briefed me on the operation of the equipment before leaving .
The system has operated faultlessly to date which is the reason for my satisfaction.

This system is easy to install,easy to use and can be added to at any time. The delivery from safe was quick and painless and it all worked straight out of the box .Getting the app of the internet was easy but getting it to register with my unit took a bit more time. I had 1 go at it then studded the instructions but could find nothing I had done wrong so tried it again. This time it connected straight away. It's great now to be able to see that every thing is alright at home while we are away on holiday or check outside at night with out going out when its dark.

I am afraid the only way to connect this CCTV Kit to a Smart TV is via the included HDMI cable. If your Smart TV has web browsing capability you could view an IP Camera on your TV via the browser. IP Cameras suitable for this CCTV Kit are due from Yale later this year.Anthony NWas this helpful?17
