Superb value for money and a great alarm.

Bought to replace a basic ADT system. Alarm was very easy to set up. Everything in the box already linked to the hub and the few extras i bought took seconds to add as well. All sensors very easy to mount.

Keypad is not the nicest thing to look at but small and not obtrusive.

CCTV was again very easy to set up. DVR is pretty much silent.

The only negative is that it does take a bit of playing with to understand all the settings with both the alarm and the CCTV. It comes with a quick start guide but there doesnt seem to be any in depth instructions which really explain the detail. Its easy to get it set up in basic form but takes a bit more effort to really make the most out of it.
