Very happy with product, as well as service provided by Safe, prompt delivery, no issues at all with supplier or product. I have scored ease of use slightly lower (4*) as I did encounter some difficulty with set up, but this may have been due to my ever deteriorating ability to get to grips with technology (it’s an age thing). Managed to get my head around setting system up so I could access it via my smartphone, which works brilliantly, once again very happy and would definitely recommend this system. Accessible from anywhere, love the peace of mind from having a quality system installed in my home and plan to expand system in the future. Rob.

Good cameras great service.

Purchased for son’s house as he has a neighbour with visitors who can’t park and have caught our son’s car a few times. System was easy to install and it seems robust and well built.

Unfortunately the thing that lets it down on ease of use is the lack of a decent user manual. The paper copy in the box was very simple and when we went online and followed the Yale link on their help page it took us to the same simple pdf which only showed the basic wiring setup and connection to the internet/hub. We searched and managed to find a detailed guide (wanted to know how all the different zone/playback/timing options worked) but this should be easier to find, especially for anyone who isn’t so internet savvy.

Overall looks robust and good picture images so I would recommend it and great that we can add extra smart cameras etc to the system, but be prepared to find the more detailed online manual if you want to know more about all the zone/playback features.

Excellent product very good value for money. Been deliberating for a few years to get CCTV so I researched heavily for a couple of years. My daughter recently purchased cameras from your site so I got the thumbs up from her.

The system itself was very easy set up and easy to use. very satisfied.

pleased with product but recently the hard drive has started to make a whinening noise, I have switched it off for a few days and back on and the noise has gone but I will be checking it.

Excellent system. Easy to install and although set up was a little bewildering at first, once you got into the instructions it was fine.

The picture quality on my monitor and mobile phone is excellent and so many worthwhile features make this a great buy.
