Terms and Conditions

1. The competition starts on Sunday 13th December 2015, with one stated prize given away each day up to and including 24th December.
2. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted per day.
4. UK residents only.
5. Prizes can only be shipped to a UK address.
6. Daily prizes are as stated on each day. These are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. This competition is not open to The Safe Shop Ltd employees, their families or any other person or company directly connected with this competition.
8. The winner will be drawn at random by the E-commerce Director under the independent supervision of a Director.
9. Winners will be chosen the next working day following midnight competition closure. Winners will be contacted by email and will be displayed on our Facebook and Twitter pages as way of notification.
10. Once the winner had been notified it is the responsibility of the winner to provide their full name and shipping address within 7 days of notification. If no details are provided for any reason, The Safe Shop Ltd reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
11. By entering this competition you give permission for The Safe Shop Ltd to display your initial, surname and home town or county on our site should you win the competition.
12. The Safe Shop Ltd accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.
13. Prizes will be posted direct from the supplier. The Safe Shop Ltd accepts no liability for prizes miss-delivered or lost in the post.
14. If a named prize is unavailable at the time of winner's announcement, The Safe Shop Ltd will replace with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
15. By entering this competition you are opting in to receive email newsletters from The Safe Shop Ltd informing you of offers, products or promotions we think you'll be interested in. You may unsubscribe to this email newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.
16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior consent.
17. The Safe Shop Ltd's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Safe Shop Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
