We’ve been in the spotlight once again and we’re really excited about or latest instalment of videos for the website, produced by Standby Productions on 28th and 29th July 2014.
This time around we’re focusing on the ‘How to’ element, so that we’re not only providing you with vital information and a closer look at our products, we’re also showing you how to fit them once they arrive.
First up in a series of ‘How To’ videos are a selection of mortice Deadlocks and Sashlocks. We want to to show customers how to fit the locks that we sell and show them what tools they will need to complete the installation. The idea behind the videos is that customers who purchase locks from us can follow the videos step by step and fit the lock themselves or to help with their research before they make a purchase.
Jimmy, our lock engineer, will show you how to fit a deadlock, sashlock and how to replace your existing mortice lock. Jimmy has years of experience of fitting locks but you will be able to see by watching the videos that fitting a lock really doesn’t take that much time or specialist knowledge to complete.
Anthony Neary, Managing Director of The Safe Shop, was in the studio to watch the filming in progress and said “How to videos are incredibly popular with our customers and provide a real value added service to our website. I am looking forward to seeing the finished article and hope our customers find them useful when fitting their own locks.”
