We recently shared with you our latest research which forms part of our Treasured Memories campaign, exploring the effects of social media on memory. We teamed up with Professor Martin Conway from City University for a series of radio interviews on the subject – it was truly fascinating!

The other side to the research looked at social media’s impact on self-esteem and it turns out that over a third of us feel insecure when we look at other people’s photos on social media. However, these feelings of low self-esteem are worse in some regions, with over half of Londoners feeling the pressure.

Take a look at our infographic map to see how your region compares.
