I have just moved house and I have a union deadlock a the latch on the inside doesn’t open – it gets stuck but I can open it from the outside with the key – what part would I need to replace?

Thank you for your enquiry. If the lock has been fitted for a number of years you may need to lubricate the lock with some WD40 or similar.
Alternatively you would need to replace the lock . Please see our range of Insurance approved deadlocks.
