The safe came with no instructions.

After a couple of days the panel was showing low

Battery even though there was brand new Duracells

In it . After notifying safe.co.uk I was contacted by

a technician from Burg Wachter who talked me

through the process of removing the inner panel

of the safe with a screwdriver and to go through various procedures only to diagnose a faulty P.C.B and would send an engineer to replace it .

eventually a man from Timpsons came to repair it but could not because he didn't have the part !.

The following week the engineer from Timpson's returned with the part only to find it wasn't the right part ! . eventually another Timpsons engineer came with the right part but it turned out to be faulty as well. I can end this farce by saying that I had a new P.C.B sent by post and fitted it myself !! . The safe is working fine now .

Unfortunately the first safe that was delivered was the wrong model and type,however this error was quickly rectified by yourselves.Initial impression of the safe was good,and packaging adequate.Paintwork inside and out is good.When it came to installation the whole procedure was simple and easy,(even for amateurs).We are fortunate as the wall we were using was 2 foot thick, & stone so it was perfect.Decor was easy to repair & covering with a picture finished the job.So overall the whole proceedure was relatively pain free & simple with the end result looking very professional . Setting up the codes to enable opening was a little complex to the uninitiated but did'nt actually take too long.Overall we are very pleased with all aspects of our purchase.
