Poor product, plastic battery housing very flimsy and poorly designed. Soft touch buttons not positive, fingerprint scan unreliable and often needs 4-5 attempts before it will work. Door close mechanism sticky and doesn't work every time.

Programming instructions could be a little clearer but managed after a while to set it up properly. Batteries supplied were poor quality and had to be replaced after a few weeks.
