Pros: Easy to operate Cons: None reallly

Useful size - would take a laptop if required. Feels sturdy and is easy to operate.

Good product, easy to use, and solidly built.

This security safe was to replace another make of safe, which, when the batteries failed and the safe would not open, I resorted to the key supplied. It was faulty and after a struggle managed to open the safe. Ditched it and was wary of trusting the use of a safe again just in case I was permanently locked out.

Bit the bullet and after searching online for a Phoenix safe, which I had used in a nearby hotel with great success and simplicity but secure, I purchased the Phoenix Saracen. This suited my needs and can even store my laptop when away from home giving me peace of mind. Would strongly recommend that all homes have one of these.
