Product was well packaged, Well finished and the Safe operation easy to understand and manage. Upon delivery there was no cash inside the safe, nor chocolate biscuits...Very Disappointing!

This safe is just what I need. I found it easy to bolt to the floor and operation is simplicity itself. Internal storage area is ample with a shelf and compartments. An insurance assessor inspected our property and was very pleased to see the safe. It is a brand they like.

I needed a new safe to store my watches. This safe is very good. Its easy to open and the key pad is very easy to use and give a positive low key bleep every time you press a key. The built in alarm sounder is not quite as loud as I would have liked but it would put someone off as it goes off if you try the handle which is a very good feature. I swaped the shelves and the tray around to suit my use which was very easy. The only minor negative point is that i would have liked to have bolted it to the wall as the wall is stronger than the floor in this instance but that option was not recomended as it would or could reduce the fire rating. I need it for serurity not fire rating however overall the safe is perfect for me. Like all heavy objects you will need two or three people to move the safe up stair's or over/ round obsticals so be carefull with the installation.

The keypad mechanism is attached externally and seems like something that could be tampered with. I would have preferred a safe with a traditional key, or an override key, but they don't seem to make them in this range.

Its a good size safe to fit alot into, heavy and can be screwed down to the floor

I have no way of estimating the security rating of the safe. I thus gave it an average score

This safe isn't going anywhere fast. It's too heavy to lift, yet is compact and discreet. Takes everything we don't want Burglar Bill to take away with him.

The Phoenix Titan safe 1272e has given me peace of mind for the safe keeping of important documents, a few items of sentimental value and a small amount of cash which I like to have around the house for any emergencies.Ordering on line was simple and delivery was punctual, so did not have to waste time waiting in all day for the arrival of the safe. Setting up was easy and I particularly liked the fact that battery replacement for the door operation could be carried out from outside of the safe, thus avoiding any problem of access due to battery failure.

Easy to install, seems pretty secure not tried to break into it though. All in all good value.

Easy to set up and use. Good size for price. Useful top tray included. Ideally needs a drilling template for easier bolt-down.

I really like that it has double locking code option, makes me feel extra secure. It was very easy to set up following the instructions. I like that there is a tray for small bits and pieces like keys as well as space to put in documents/small boxes etc. It is a good construction and solidly built.

I think I want a another bigger one because it is good for keeping documents and data fireproof as well as secure.

My supplier was superb. Unfortunately this is not about them. We purchased this safe to save on banking charges for our house deeds initially, the safe being fireproof.Then other important documents found there way into safe custody. I had to adapt certain items to fit depth wise but overall I could not have been recommended a more perfect safe for our needs. The sliding drawer perfect also for my wife's valuable items. The Pheonix Titan in my view is a necessity for the average household's peace of mind.

Very pleased with this product, good value for money,and I sleep much better knowing my documents are protected from fire etc.

I would prefer more room inside but I guess it's a matter of cost!!!
