The safe was just as described in the write up on the web site. Ordering was simple, our chosen safe was out of stock and we opted to wait until it was back in stock although we were given the option to choose a similar model. We were kept updated throughout and the safe was delivered within the time scale given. The wait was not long, days rather than weeks and delivery was done without fuss or delay. We opted to have it fitted and this again was done professionally and quickly. Our only blip was the spare key we ordered did not arrive with the safe but in all fairness it was done speedily in site, could not fault the customer service. If ever I required another safe I would have no hesitation in using the same company again.
