The safe was delivered very quickly, with the installation done on the same day. The installer was very friendly and professional. One of the bolts wouldn’t bite , but the installer had a longer one in the van and that eventually worked

The safe is easy to use - albeit there was a bit of guesswork as to how to install the battery as the instructions were a bit lacking and even an experienced installer struggled with them - so that’s a potential area where Chubb could improve matters
