Decent, does the job. Every thing easy enough to do yourself. The delivery was fine and the driver helped move it over the threshold.

I was worried about installing myself. However the instructions and diagrams were easy to follow.

Overall process was smooth and I wouldn't have any doubts in recommending.

Very happy with the safe. It was easy to install and has plenty of space. The internal lockable section is also nice. The build quality seems excellent and the safe is nice and robust. Nice having the peace of mind to safely store things when I am not at home. The buying and delivery process were also very smooth. Would recommend.

Safe was easy to install and instructions were clear. The item was in near perfect condition when it arrived. Can’t fault the delivery and timings as they were bang on. However, the build quality and finish could be improved in my opinion. Or better quality control on the production line. Some sharp points on corners that I filed off.

Otherwise, This an excellent all round safe. Cavernous on the inside for the money and seems very secure for valuables. The smaller lined compartment for delicate valuables or cash, or passports is a welcome touch.

So far no issues with the keypad or key operation. Batteries supplied could be a lot better quality. Didn’t use those, so upgraded them.

All round very pleased with the item and the insurance company are happy enough with the spec of the safe.

A good purchase which is good value for money. Quite a sturdy safe with plenty of space inside for documents you need to keep safe up to A4 size. Also like the very handy small lockable box fitted inside. Safe was shipped to to the wrong delivery company so it did not arrive on the scheduled day but as soon as I contacted the customer services team a replacement was shipped immediately with no question or delay. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived this was slightly damaged and scratched. I contacted the customer services who simply could not apologise enough and again offered to send a replacement but we agreed to take a partial refund. Although a few issues, which happens, the team were nothing short of superb, kind and helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending this safe or the company
