If spare keys are required after receiving the order then the manufacturer will require an existing key to be sent back for them to copy. Alternatively key blanks may be provided which can then be taken to a local locksmith.

The handle is plastic and would melt, however the spindle and sleeve of the handle is metal. So only the exterior part would melt the metal spindle seals the hole into the safe. This fire safe comes with a lifetime warranty in the event of a fire, and Phoenix will cover the costs for an engineer to open the safe and replace it with a new one.

Unfortunately not, this particular safe is suitable for floor fixing only. However, we do have a range of fireproof safes with wall fixings.
